Happy Groundhog's Day....I think?
Ok, so according to legend if it's cloudy that means that Senor Groundhog says Winter will be over sooner right? So what if it's snowed 2'' and buried the Groundhog in his hole? Like oh say if the Groundhog in question lived in Wyoming---hypothetically speaking?
